North Dakota's homeschool law (N.D.C.C. § 15.1-23) requires annual written notice to the local school board. Parents must have a high school diploma or GED. Standardized testing is required in grades 4, 6, 8, and 10 — results are submitted to the school district but no minimum score is required.
