To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us with the subject line "Delete My Account" and include the email address on your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Email us at hello@yourspacesocial.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription" and we'll cancel it right away. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. Refunds are issued only where required by applicable law. If you believe you qualify, contact us at hello@yourspacesocial.com and we will review your request.

How many children can use one account?

One subscription covers all children in the same household. You can set up individual learner profiles for each child.

What grades does Lumi Academy cover?

Lumi Academy covers Kindergarten through 8th grade (ages 5–14) across Math, Reading, Science, and Social Studies.

Does the app work offline?

Lumi Academy requires an internet connection to load lessons and save progress. The app will load from cache if you've visited recently, but full functionality requires being online.

Is my child's data safe?

Yes. We only collect parent account information (name and email). We never collect personal data directly from children. All data is encrypted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What devices does Lumi Academy work on?

Lumi Academy works on any device with a modern web browser — phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. It's also available as an app on Android (Google Play) and coming soon to iOS.
