New Hampshire Homeschool Overview

New Hampshire's homeschool statute (RSA 193-A) allows parents to educate their children at home with straightforward requirements. Families file an annual notice of intent with the local school district (or a recognized nonpublic school or the state's superintendent of schools). An annual portfolio review by a qualified person is required.
