Vermont Homeschool Overview
Vermont's homeschool statute (16 V.S.A. § 166) requires families to enroll their home study program annually with the Vermont Agency of Education (AOE). Instruction must cover required subjects for at least 175 days per year, and families must submit an annual assessment of the child's progress.
